Events & activations in action sports.

For companies, cities and municipalities – jam, contest, show or the opening of a bike park: I develop formats with you that the scene takes seriously – with the right line-up from MTB, BMX and snowboarding.

Formats

Three ways to experience the scene.

Jam & contest

Your own format with your name on it – from a relaxed jam to a contest with a rider field, judges and crowd.

Show & demo

Athletes live at trade shows, city festivals or product launches – with mobile ramps or an airbag.

Experiences for clients & teams

Riding clinic with a pro, bike park day or incentive – for customers, retailers or employees.

For cities & municipalities

Your new bike park deserves a proper launch.

Opening a pump track, bike park or dirt spot? With riders from the scene, the opening becomes an event – and the facility is known from day one where it counts: among the people who are meant to use it.

  • Opening showPros ride the new facility at the opening – with host, crowd and press.
  • Contest or jamA competition on the pump track or in the bike park – one-off or as an annual format.
  • Clinics for kids & teensRiding skills with role models from the scene – so the facility is used safely and gladly.
  • Local clubs & sceneInvolve local clubs, crews and shops so the opening grows into a community.

What I take care of

From concept to line-up.

Operational delivery lies with your event agency or an organiser – I bring in the scene.

  1. Concept & goalWho is the event for, what should stick – and which format fits?
  2. Line-upRiders who draw a crowd and suit the format – contacted and negotiated.
  3. Scene partnersRamps, airbag, host, judges, filmers – partners the scene knows.
  4. Budget & scheduleCost frame and run sheet, aligned with organiser or agency.
  5. Event contentPlan photo and video from the start so the event lasts beyond the day.
  6. On site & reviewPoint of contact for riders on the day, review with learnings afterwards.

What makes a good event

Credibility
beats budget.

  • The right riders – names the scene turns up for, who can also handle a crowd.
  • A format with respect – an event riders enjoy, rather than just being a backdrop.
  • Spot & location – bike park, pump track, hall, city centre or company grounds, matched to the audience.
  • Safety – barriers, medical cover, insurance and permits – sorted early.
  • Plan the content – online, an event often reaches more people than on site.
  • Involve the community – local crews, clubs and shops turn a date into a scene event.

FAQ

Questions about events.

Do you organise the entire event?

I bring concept, line-up and partners from the scene. Operational delivery is handled by your event agency or an organiser – I coordinate with both.

We're opening a bike park or pump track – can you help?

Yes – whether you're a city, municipality, club or private operator. I bring riders, format and scene partners for the opening or a contest and coordinate with everyone involved on site.

Can a show take place on our company grounds?

Often, yes – with mobile ramps or an airbag. Space, surface and permits are key. We check that together upfront.

What does an event with athletes cost?

It ranges from a riding clinic to a multi-day contest. After the briefing I'll give you a realistic range.
